We aim to offer high-quality smart home products and professional installation services.
Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

Most of our products and services are customized, installed on-site, or digitally delivered.
Because of this, we follow a strict No Refund / No Return policy after service completion or product installation.


2. Product Purchases (Smart Switches, Door Locks, etc.)

Refunds are not applicable once:

  • The product is opened

  • Installation has started

  • Installation is completed

  • The product has been configured or paired with your home network

Replacement is only possible for manufacturer defects under warranty.


⭐ 3. Advance Payments

Advance payments collected for:

  • Booking

  • Scheduling installation

  • Reserving product

  • Project start

are non-refundable under any circumstance**,** but may be adjustable for future services (decision based on management approval).


⭐ 4. Replacement Policy (If Product Has Issues)

In case of a genuine product defect:

✔ Replacement will be provided as per brand / manufacturer warranty policy.
✔ HomeFX Automation will support in raising the warranty claim.
✔ Physical damages or incorrect usage are not covered under warranty.


⭐ 5. Installation & Service Charges

All installation charges are non-refundable once the technician has visited the site or work has started.


⭐ 6. Cancellation Before Installation

If you wish to cancel before installation:

  • Cancellation is accepted only if installation hasn’t started

  • Refund is not available, but the advance may be adjusted for another product or service

  • Any special order product cannot be cancelled
